Jay S Chhabra
Founder & CEO
Jay received his bachelor's degree in Commerce (Accounting) from Delhi University, India in 1991 and gained experience working in a CPA firm for several years. After immigrating to the United States in 1997, he obtained a Certified Tax Preparer License from CTEC (California Tax Education Council), established his own tax preparation and bookkeeping business in his garage, and expanded it to encompass two offices with dedicated teams.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Jay is a loving husband, caring father, and advocates for strong family values.
Jaspreet K Chhabra
Co-Founder & Vice President
After migrating to the US in 1997, Jaspreet earned a Certified Tax Preparer License from CTEC (California Tax Education Council) and played a significant role in the success and development of the business. With over 15 years of experience in tax preparation, Jaspreet has been instrumental in mentoring and strengthening the working teams at Manjas Corporation.
In her personal life, Jaspreet is a devoted wife and mother. She aims to lead by example, showcasing the limitless possibilities that can be achieved through hard work, dedication, and balance.
Sukhjinder Kaur
Senior Accountant (Fremont)
With several years of experience in tax preparation, accounting, payroll, and sales tax filings, Sukhjinder Kaur joined the Manjas team in 2016. Since her arrival, she has demonstrated significant growth within the company and has successfully mentored new team members. Sukhjinder is an exceptional team player with excellent management skills and embodies a cheerful, positive personality that sets the standard within the office. In her personal life, she is a wife and a mother to two beautiful children.
Khushpreet Kaur
Senior Accountant (Fremont)
Khushpreet has been working with Manjas Corporation since 2013. She completed her bachelor's degree in commerce from S.D College Chandigarh and a master's degree in economics from Punjab University Chandigarh. With several years of experience in bookkeeping and payroll services, Khushpreet is highly skilled in tax preparation for both individuals and businesses.
As one of the main administrators and managers, Khushpreet is known for her cheerful nature and positive attitude. Outside of work, she leads a religious lifestyle and is happily married with a daughter.
Rucha Bhavasar
Staff Accountant (Fremont)
Rucha Bhavsar has been working with Manjas Corporation since 2019. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from Gujarat University. With over seven years of experience in the Aviation Industry, Rucha is a Certified Tax Preparer licensed by CTEC (California Tax Education Council). She is fluent in multiple languages including English, Hindi, Gujarati, and has conversational proficiency in Punjabi. As a dedicated team member, Rucha is committed to achieving the highest level of client satisfaction and continuously improving her work standards.
In her personal life, Rucha is a caring wife and mother to her daughter. Her hobbies include reading and music.
Jim Ouyang
Staff Accountant (Fremont)
Jim graduated with a degree in Economics and Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He is a licensed Enrolled Agent since 2022 and has two years of experience as a Tax Preparer, specializing in personal returns. Jim is excited to join the Manjas team for the 2022 tax season!
In his personal life, Jim enjoys spending quality time with his significant other and their beloved dog. He is also an avid camper and hiker, always seeking new adventures in the great outdoors.

CFO & COO (San Ramon)
Mandeep serves as the part-time Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO), overseeing operations, strategy, marketing, technology, and sales. He specializes in handling complex finance and tax issues, collaborating closely with our top clients.
Currently, he works as an Assistant Manager in Strategic Initiatives - Data, Tech, and Financial reporting for the Fortune 500 company Clorox. Mandeep also serves as the Technical Advisor to TaxGPT , an AI Tax startup aimed at revolutionizing the tax industry. Additionally, Mandeep holds advisory positions on the board of a tech real-estate startup and a bespoke Italian suit firm in the Bay Area.
In his leisure time, Mandeep enjoys practicing martial arts, rock climbing, hiking, and exploring different cultures through travel.
Suman Sharma
Senior Accountant (Remote)
Suman holds an associate degree from Harper College, IL, a Bachelor’s degree in Bachelor of Science in Accounting from DeVry University, and a Master’s degree in Accounting from Keller Graduate School of Management. With several years of experience in bookkeeping and payroll, she worked as a senior accountant in the banking and financial industries. Suman has been preparing taxes for both personal and business ventures for the past four years. In 2018, she became an Enrolled Agent, a federally authorized tax practitioner empowered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
In her personal life, Suman is an active wife and mother to two little children. She enjoys reading and staying active in her free time.
Jaspreet Singh

Jaspreet Singh is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from San Jose State University. Currently, Jaspreet serves as a Senior Accountant at a semiconductor company in the Bay Area. With three years of audit experience at Ernst & Young, one of the big four accounting firms, Jaspreet is well-versed in accounting processes, monthly closing and reconciliations, and the preparation of financial statements. Jaspreet is known for being dedicated, a team player, and diligent in his work. Outside of his professional life, Jaspreet enjoys watching and playing sports, traveling, and hiking.
Dimple Singla
Staff Accountant (San Ramon)
Dimple hails from Punjab, India, and holds a postgraduate degree in commerce as well as a B.Ed degree. With one year of teaching experience for 11th and 12th grade students in India, she moved to the United States in 2016. There, she worked under a CPA, gaining a year of experience in bookkeeping and accounting.
Recently, Dimple joined Manjas Corporation, where she enjoys the support and cooperation of her family. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, she is dedicated to continuous learning and exploring new areas of interest in her spare time.
Ashish Khanna
Staff Accountant (San Ramon)
Ashish has completed their 10th and 12th grades from the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Delhi University. With over 9 years of experience in the travel retail and operations industries, Ashish has received multiple awards, including Employee of the Year in 2015 and multiple Employee of the Quarter awards.
Ashish is also a certified trainer from Delhi Duty Free Services and is fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi. In their personal life, they enjoy learning new languages, spending quality time with family, and have a fondness for sweets. They also find solace in listening to music and Gurbani, which helps them maintain a sense of calm.
